1. Recurring Subscription Authorization

By subscribing to Velosocial.ai services (including SEO or Veloeat), Client:

• Authorizes recurring monthly charges to the payment method provided.

• Acknowledges the subscription automatically renews each billing cycle.

• Agrees that charges will continue until properly canceled in writing.

Client confirms they are the authorized cardholder.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans:

• Automatically renew every 30 days (or monthly calendar cycle).

• Continue indefinitely unless canceled.

• Do not require additional approval each month.

Failure to use the service does not stop billing.

3. No-Refund Policy for Subscription Services

Due to the digital and labor-based nature of services:

• All subscription payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once processed.

• No prorated refunds for partial months.

• No refunds for unused time.

• Cancellation stops future billing only.

• Past charges remain valid.

This includes:

• SEO work

• Optimization

• Reporting

• System access

• AI automations

• Software hosting

• Veloeat platform access

4. Cancellation Policy (Important for Stripe)

To cancel subscription:

• Client must submit written cancellation via email to: [your email]

• Cancellation must be submitted at least 3 business days before next billing date.

• Verbal requests are not valid.

• Cancellation becomes effective at end of current billing cycle.

Client will retain access until billing period ends.

5. Minimum Commitment (Strongly Recommended)

If you want extra Stripe protection:

For SEO:

• Minimum 3-month commitment required.

• Early cancellation does not waive payment obligation.

This prevents the “pay one month then dispute” behavior.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Client agrees:

• Not to initiate a chargeback for properly disclosed recurring subscription charges.

• To contact Company first to resolve billing concerns.

If a chargeback is initiated:

Company may:

• Suspend services immediately

• Terminate account

• Submit subscription authorization, IP logs, invoices, and communication history to Stripe

• Recover dispute fees where permitted

7. Disclosure of Nature of Service

Client acknowledges:

• SEO results depend on third-party search engines including Google.

• Rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed.

• Software access constitutes service delivery.

• Active system configuration and optimization constitutes fulfillment of service.
